Gold inches down by Rs200 to close at Rs109,100 per tola

June 25, 2021(MLN): The price of gold continued to decline today in the domestic bullion market, as the price of 24 karat gold dipped by Rs200 to close at Rs109,100 per tola against the price of Rs109,300 per tola reported yesterday.

According to the data provided by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10-gram of 24k gold also decreased by Rs171 and was sold for Rs93,536 at the closing of trade as opposed to its previous sale at Rs93,707.

However, silver rates remained unchanged at Rs1,420 per tola. The price of 10 grams of silver also stood the same at Rs1,217.42

Amid the cautious behavior of investors in the international market, the demand for yellow metal did not face any fluctuation and stood at $1,783 per ounce while silver was valued at 26.18 an ounce.
