Pakistan’s Forex Reserves Increase by USD 2,608.40 Million

September 02, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan's Forex Reserves increased by USD 2,608.40 Million or 10.59% and the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at USD 27,227.70 Million on Aug 27, 2021.

According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) it received proceeds of IMF SDR allocation amounting to USD 2,751.8 million. After accounting for external debt payments its reserves increased by USD 2,567 million to USD 20,145.6 million.
