Midday Report: KSE-100 index up by 230 points

November 8, 2019 (MLN): The KSE-100 index has gained 230 points in the first session today and closed at 35,988-level.

In the first session, fertilizer sector has emerged as the top performer, as it has contributed 66 points to the index, followed by Commercial Banks and Oil and Gas Exploration Companies with 62 and 26 points respectively.

Company-wise, the scrips of ENGRO, FFC, MCB, UBL, POL and PPL have captured the maximum gains as of now.
