State Bank’s Forex Reserves Decrease by USD 189.20 Million

Jul 11, 2019 (MLN): Pakistan's Forex Reserves decreased by USD 183.70 Million or 1.27% and the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at USD 14,259.30 Million on Jul 05, 2019.

According to data published by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) its reserves decreased by USD 189.20 Million due to external debt servicing and other official payments.

SBP received the first tranche from IMF of US$991.4 million on June 09, 2019 after which SBP’s reserves increased to US$8,035.5 million.
