June 16, 2019 (MLN): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Governor, Dr.Reza Baqir will hold a press conference on Monday, July 17 2019, at 5 PM to discuss the outlook of the Economy and the SBP role.
After the new bailout agreement with the IMF, the SBP’s influence on the value of the Rupee has diminished significantly as evident by SBP’s lack of intervention as PKR plummeted against the USD in the past week.
