PSX suspends trading in the shares of Javed Omer Vohra Co.

November 20, 2019: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has suspended trading in the shares of Javed Omer Vohra & Company Limited, on account of non-compliance to the former’s regulations.

According to the notification issued by PSX in this regard, the Company failed to hold the Annual General Meeting(s), submit its annual audited accounts, and pay dues of the Exchange.

The notice stated that CDS eligibility of the company has been suspended by the Central Depository Company (CDC) and the liquidator has been appointed by the Court.

PSX further stated that trading in the shares of the Company shall remain suspended until such time the causes of the suspension mentioned above have been rectified or another period of 60 days effective from November 20, 2019.
