Pakistan, Somalia agree to increase bilateral cooperation

March 12, 2020: Pakistan and Somalia have agreed to increase bilateral cooperation up to the level of Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.

The consensus was reached during a telephonic conversation between Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi with his Somali counterpart Ahmed Isse Awad.

They discussed issues relating to mutual cooperation between Pakistan and Somalia.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi apprised his Somali counterpart of Pakistan's Engage Africa policy.
