March 06, 2020 (MLN): The KSE-100 Index has lost 615 points in the intraday session today and is currently trading at 38,766 level [10:21 am].
According to the opening note by Ismail Iqbal Securities, the stock market might witness profit-taking today as global markets could not sustain momentum amid Coronavirus anxiety.
Sector-wise, Oil & Gas Exploration Companies, Commercial Banks, Fertilizer and Power Generation and Distribution Companies have witnessed highest-selling activity as they have cumulatively snatched 464 points from the index so far.
Company-wise, the scrips of OGDC, PPL, HUBC, HBL and ENGRO have endured the maximum losses.
