January 24, 2020 (MLN): The board of directors of Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited (ANPL), has informed Pakistan Stock Exchange via a notification that the company has appointed Harris Mahmood, CFO Pakistan as interim Chief Executive with effect from 1 April 2020 until a successor is appointed.
The company thanked Saad Mahmood Rashid for his time as the Chief Executive Officer of Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited and wish him well for his future. He would serve his services till 31 March 2020.
