Trade Deficit widens by 30% to reach $ 9.1 Billion during July – September

According to data released by Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Pakistan's Exports during July to September rose by 11% to reach $5.17 billion. On the flip side, Pakistan's imports were nearly double of the exports during July to September rising by 22% to reach $14.2 billion.

Accoridng to the new data, Trade Deficit during July to September has widened by 29.7% to $9.1 billion.

During the month of September, Exports rose 8.9% to $1.6 billion whereas, Imports almost double to reach $4.4 billion; an increase of16.7%.

Trade deficit during the month of September widened by 22% to $2.79 billion
