September 30, 2021 (MLN): The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 26,150.8 million on 24-September-2021.
On Sep 17, 2021, it was at US$ 26,402.6 million, which means that Pakistan's FX reserves decreased by US$ 251.8 million or 1% WoW. The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:-
i) Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: US$ 19,294.5 million
ii) Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks: US$ 6,856.3 million
iii) Total liquid foreign reserves: US$ 26,150.8 million
During the week ended 24-September-2021, SBP reserves decreased by US$ 249 million to US$ 19,294.5 million.
