Mid-day Update: KSE-100 loses 93.78 points, declines 0.21 percent

KSE-100 witnessed a steep rise in the first 45 minutes of the session gaining more than 600 points; but erased nearly all of its early gains during the next few hours. The market is currently trading 93.78 points down from yesterday’s tally, with a decline of 0.21percent.

The index is currently trading at 45324.93 points, market witnessing an early high at 46087.58 points.

Volume trading till noon has totaled to 101.669 million.

Trades carried out until now total to 49,262.

Companies posting early gains: Unilever Pakistan UPFL +5.00%, Hinopak Motors HINO +4.81% and Khyber Tobacco KHTC 5.00%.
