In a notice addressed to all the relevant stakeholders, Pak Elektron has informed that Mr. Wajahat A. Baqai (NBP Nominee) & Mr. Mirza Babur Baig (NBP Nominee) have ceased to be the Directors of the company with effect from August 10, 2017 and Mrs. Azra Naila Uzair (NBP Nominee) & Mr. Jamal Baquar (NBP Nominee) have been appointed as Directors of the company.
