37pc Pakistanis opine budget for FY 2017-18 is worse than previous budgets

Around 37 percent Pakistanis opine that the budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2018 is worse than the previous budgets.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, a nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “In your opinion, is the latest budget presented for fiscal year 2017-2018 better, worse or the same as last year?”

In response to this question, 25 percent said it was better, 37 percent said it was worse and 36 percent said it was the same. 2 percent did not wish to respond.
